Harry Potter Films Break Box Office And Fashion Records

Fashion is an ever changing and at some times strange thing. What people wear, how they act and how they live is always changing based upon the latest thing in the news. Whether it’s a new film release, or a what a celebrity has been seen wearing, it always has an effect on how the public act.

The recently released Harry Potter film, Harry Potter and The Half Blood Price, is the latest thing to effect people, not just children though, people of all ages. The film, which is still breaking box office records, is once again affecting fans that wish to be like the young wizard. This has resulted in companies seeing a huge rise in sales for Potter style clothing, especially glasses. There are a large number of companies that are benefiting from these new fashion trends, Glasses Direct is one of them. They have reported seeing a 100% rise in sales of the Harry Potter designer glasses that they sell.

Many people are finding that when they go to choose a new pair of glasses, they see the Harry Potter style frames and find that they match their personal interests aswell as their desired price. The Potter style glasses tend to be very cheap glasses because the design of the glasses is so simpl and for this reason, they are becoming ever more popular.

This was said by the founder of Glasses Direct, Jamie Murray Wells: “We always see a surge in styles to match current trends.

This new Potter style glasses is moving the trends away from the think rimmed glasses which are so popular with celebrities. With the popularity of Harry Potter orientated clothing on the rise and the prices being so low, we could soon see cosmetic surgeries offering lightning bolt scar. Unfortunately glasses retailers haven’t yet released the Harry Potter style glasses as prescription sunglasses, we’ll all just have to squint while fighting you know who.
